Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services. You can either provide your own tech packs and blueprints, or collaborate with our in-house design team to modify our existing catalog models with your brand’s specific aesthetics, materials, and functional requirements.
Absolutely. We highly recommend sample evaluation to verify quality, materials, and craftsmanship. Standard sample lead time is 7–10 business days. Sample fees apply but are fully refundable upon placing a bulk production order that meets our minimum order quantity (MOQ).
Our standard MOQ for custom-branded pet bags (private label) is 100 units per style/color.Please contact your account manager to discuss your specific needs.
Yes, our products are engineered to meet global standards. We can provide compliance certification for materials (e.g., REACH, RoHS) and specific airline-approved dimensions (IATA compliance) upon request during the manufacturing process.
We offer a 1-year quality guarantee on all manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zippers, faulty stitching). We maintain a strict Quality Assurance protocol, but if any defective items pass inspection, we will provide replacements or credits in your next order cycle.
Delivery
Once the deposit is received and pre-production samples are approved, standard mass production takes 35–45 days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and method: approximately 7–10 days for air freight and 30–40 days for sea freight.
We primarily support FOB (Free on Board), EXW (Ex Works), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). For e-commerce and Amazon FBA clients, we can also arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, handling all customs clearance and duties on your behalf.
Yes, we are highly experienced with Amazon FBA requirements. We can apply FNSKU barcodes, carton labels, and palletize shipments according to strict Amazon fulfillment center guidelines, as well as split shipments across multiple global warehouses.
Each pet bag is individually packed in a protective polybag (with suffocation warnings) and stuffed with paper/cardboard to maintain its shape. They are then packed into heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated master cartons sealed with moisture-resistant tape.
Yes, as soon as the shipment departs, we provide the tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L). We also supply all standard commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any specialized customs documentation required by your destination country.
Payment
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or after passing a pre-shipment quality inspection.
We accept Wire Transfers (T/T), Letters of Credit (L/C at sight for large orders), Western Union, and secure online escrow payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Credit terms like Net 30 may be extended to established clients after a successful 1-year track record of consistent ordering history and a passing grade from our financial risk assessment/credit insurance partner.
We primarily accept settlements in USD (United States Dollar) and EUR (Euro). If you require settlement in a local currency (e.g., GBP, AUD, CAD), please consult our finance department prior to signing the proforma invoice.
Unless explicitly quoted as a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) price, our standard quotes (FOB/EXW) exclude destination import duties, local taxes, and customs brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Promotions
Yes, we operate on a tiered pricing structure. The larger your order volume, the lower the per-unit cost. Price breaks typically occur at 500 units, 1,000 units, and 3,000+ units.
We periodically run promotional campaigns aligned with major industry trade shows (e.g., Global Pet Expo, Interzoo) and end-of-season inventory clearances. Subscribers to our B2B newsletter receive priority access to these discounted stock lots.
For exclusive regional distributors, we can provide high-resolution product photography, 3D lifestyle renders, white-label video demonstrations, and a small allocation of free promotional display banners to support your local marketing efforts.
Promotional pricing and tier discounts usually apply to our standard catalog specifications. Significant modifications to materials (e.g., upgrading to premium eco-friendly fabrics) or complex structural changes will be quoted separately and may not qualify for standard promotional discounts.
